QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY VA TO ANSWER EMAILS?
Once you are an established client with me, it will take me about 24 hours to get back to you. If it is an emergency, then we can set up a discovery call and talk over a video chat or phone call.
HOW WILL I COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AS MY VA?
I will do weekly check ins via zoom or phone call, whichever you prefer so that we can go over that weeks goals and priorities.
All other communication can be done via email or through social media- whichever the client prefers.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE DISCOVERY CALL?
We will discuss the goals you have for your business and the tasks that you would want me to take over/help with. I'm here for you, so whatever you need of me I will try my best to provide it. We will go over what you should expect of me, along with the projects duration.
SHOULD I PREPARE ANYTHING PRIOR TO THE DISCOVERY CALL?
It would be best if clients had questions and concerns written down or stored somewhere so that nothing is forgotten during the call. having an idea of what I could help with is also a good idea. We can trouble shoot together.
HOW DOD YOU KEEP TRACK OF HOURS FOR EACH CLIENT?
I use an app so that I can track exactly how many hours I have spent on each clients projects.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Once we have gone over all the goals and expectations of our relationship (and the discovery call), I will send an invoice each week. Payments are done weekly throughout our contract and will be sent every Monday.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE SENSITIVE INFORMATION (IE PASSWORDS, ACCOUNTS, ETC.)
Once the payment is received, I will need passwords for accounts (like email, instagram, pinterest, etc) within 24 hours so that I am able to begin working on the projects and tasks. i store all sensitive information in an excel file so that they are in a safe place.
